Papu single component polyurethane adhesive (manual adhesive) is the latest scientific and technological achievement of our company after 4010 mechanical adhesive. It is a new kind of adhesive developed according to the requirements of customers on the basis of mechanical adhesive. It is especially suitable for site construction and repair.
The adhesive only needs to be scratched and coated on one side, which can be firmly compounded, convenient for construction and labor saving.
Product performance
Coating quantity: it depends on different materials and the roughness of the surface. The consumption does not need to exceed 250G / m2. The cost is low, which can bring better economic benefits to customers. Usable time: ≥ 4 hours
Initial adhesion time at normal temperature: 1-4 hours (ambient temperature 25-35 ℃) 12 hours (ambient temperature above 15 ℃)
Heat curing time: 2-3 minutes (surface pressure temperature is 70-80 ℃)
Structural fire resistance: in accordance with relevant ISO or IMO standards (steel plate and rock wool board are compounded with this glue)
Toxicity: the solidified rubber layer is nontoxic and tasteless, meeting the requirements of food refrigeration and relevant military ships.
High fastness and wide applicability: the adhesive has high affinity and can self bond or cross compound various metal or non-metal materials. Because the adhesive layer can be foamed and bonded, some materials with rough surface can also be strongly bonded, with a wide range of application and ideal effect.
