The bonding strength of 4010 adhesive of the company has reached the requirements of foreign production, the tensile peel strength is 105kg / cm2, and the bonding area is greater than the standard of no less than 85% specified by the Ministry of building materials.
The viscosity of the liquid is moderate and the fluidity is good. It can be used in the production line of EPS composite board of vertical type and horizontal type. The ratio of components a and B of vertical machine is 1:1-1:1.3, and that of horizontal machine is 1:1.4-1:1.6.
Product a glue is a light yellow transparent liquid, the suitable storage temperature of the product is below 0 ℃ - 30 ℃, no stratification within 6 months. B glue is brown viscous liquid for 12 months.
